What it does
When goals can be changed at any time, they lose their meaning. Most apps reward the feeling of progress, not the progress itself. I’ve built a habit tracker where the goals for the current week cannot be changed. This motivates you to take realistic, small steps that you can actually maintain, instead of constantly shifting or rewriting your goals.
