I've been enjoying building calculators with ChatGPT to help me model various life decisions. When my friend shared he drinks 1-2 Starbucks Mochas per day, it made me wonder how that impacts his health over the course of the year (or several years). Drinking 2 mocha's per day adds 45.9 lb (20.8kg) body fat that your body either needs to burn or store per year.

A very simple idea: when you eat more than your maintenance calories, you gain weight; when you eat less than your maintenance calories, you lose weight. By using an algorithm, we can accurately figure out your maintenance calories more accurately than traditional regression based formulas like katch mc ardle. It's way more accurate than calorie burn tracking devices like fitness bands and watches. (garmin/apple watch/whoop etc...) Traditionally, people often use static TDEE calculators which often over or underestimate for some by 100s calories. Chatgpt and TDEE calculators like…

Hi! I made http://weightgrapher.com/ Essentially, all the websites I've used between FitBit, LoseIT and MyFitnessPal have really poor graphing. When I joined weight loss groups and forums I found most people are afraid of getting on the scale just because of how discouraging daily fluctuations can be. I aimed to fix this problem by bringing exponentially damped averages into the weight graphing, and educating on using your trending weight to see how you're doing instead of the up-and-down of raw numbers. Thoughts? Feedback?

I'm 17 and recently launched a private beta for Biohack - a tool that scans food products and gives a longevity score based on impact on aging factors such as inflammation, omega ratio, toxins and more. Still early and a bit rough, but I'm looking for honest feedback from people who care about health span and deep nutrition. Would love your thoughts.

Hi, I'm Steve and I've built this mobile app to solve my very long-standing problem of not consistently using any calorie tracking apps due to the poor UX (many clicks, too much friction). So, although I am not the best UI/UX designer, I have tried to remove friction at every corner with Journable. This applies to the 1. Tracking experience: Chat-based interface (think ChatGPT) to log food/exercise 2. Onboarding experience: No login screen, no measurements or goals, straight to the main chat window 3. Photo entries: Just take a picture of your plate and done That said, I'm not the…
