My friends and I famously kept a list of all the best engineers in the bay who are available for part time work. it got kinda popular amongst friends. They kept messaging us for engineers so we decided to make it public. all engineers are verified at the companies they work at and you can see their rates as well as how many hours/week they have available.

Based on the multiple "Who's hiring remotely?" and similar posts on HN, I thought it might be useful to have a site that aggregates remote programming jobs. There is way too much spam out and an inconsistent way to say "work from home" so traditional searching doesn't work (or rather, takes a long time per person). I've worked in a few remote programming positions so I figured I might know of some companies or searching tricks to find them. Let me know if you'd find this type of thing useful. This site was born out necessity. I needed a break from the internet we know today: clickbait, politics, low quality content, breaking news, AI summaries Such a breadth of information but so little depth Now I spend (too much of) my time here, going deep. Just when I need to scratch that itch. But I keep coming back because it actually makes me a better engineer. Oh, and I made the site. Right. Hi, I built a job board focused on positions where Elixir is a core requirement. During my job search I realized how frustrating that Elixir was often just a nice to have but not a main requirement. So I started posting jobs where Elixir is a primary skill. Hi HN, When I was in FAANG, I despised ticketing. I was always the eng that refused to update. Then when I was a tech lead, I had the pain of pinging everyone for updates because they hated it too.
