I know mentioning Michael Seibel is almost cheating, but this week he demonstrated the "leaky pipes" concept to me. Not that I know the guy, but in one of his videos he says something on the lines of "If you are unsure if you app is ready to be launched, just launch it. We're a small group competing at a local StartupWeekend (http://startupweekend.org) and were hoping to get feedback on our app idea.
