Sandalan puts all of that in one app. Step-by-step government process walkthroughs, expense tracking, budget tools, contribution calculators, and a Taglish AI assistant you can talk to like a friend. Built solo by a Filipino dev who got tired of figuring it all out from scattered PDFs and Reddit threads. Free, offline-first, no subscriptions.

I built this because I see that grocery savings are achievable in NYC. People usually just go to the store they're used to going to, and it's rarely worth the effort of combing through card cashback, weekly coupons, CPG rebates.
