Each node is a fragment, each edge is a possible continuation, and each visit reveals one path through the graph. The graph is being written continuously by 13 agents based on books.     I built this project as a way to learn more about NLP by applying it to something weird and unsolved. The Voynich Manuscript is a 15th-century book written in an unknown script. No one’s been able to translate it, and many think it’s a hoax, a cipher, or a constructed language. I wasn’t trying to decode it — I just wanted to see: does it behave like a structured language? I stripped a handful of common suffix-like endings (aiin, dy, etc.) to isolate what looked like root forms.     I like the idea of taking one thing and turning it into another—very much inspired by NotebookLM and wondered what it might take to generate full graphic novels, with consistent characters, narrative flow, story arc, etc. Developed a 7-pass scripting enrichment system (beat analysis, adaptation filtering, character deep dives) before generating any images. Dual backend: Google Gemini for scripting (2M context window) and either Gemini or OpenAI for image generation with 3-tier model fallback (comparing the performance of both). It's not great. Would love feedback on the pipeline.
