For the past few months, I've been working on a website that answers two different questions: - Where in my city have the best travel times to all the things and people I care about? - Given a listing, how far is it from all the things and people I care about? We're a small team of 3 engineers, and wanted to make a better way to look for for properties online. Traditional portals (esp. outside of US) are just a bit rubbish for doing anything other than basic searching. So we've: - Created a crawler that reads through estate agents websites to find homes for sale - Parses that through a series of LLMs and other models to understand each home in depth (e.g. floor type, location, total sqft) - Parses every photo through an embeddings vector space so that people can search for whatever they want. Hi, I wanted to share with You our project (https://comparere.io). We have built a website for comparing graphics and designs. The concept is simple, you have to just drag'n drop two designs you are having trouble to pick from. The idea has emarged when we stumbled across many different facebook groups for graphic designers, where they used to sometimes ask the community for help to decide which design is better.
